About Artistry Pro Studio Systems

Artistry Pro is an artist-founded software studio established in 2024 in Nutley, New Jersey by licensed PMU master practitioner Elena Rostova and studio technologists.

Why Was Artistry Pro Created?

Artistry Pro was founded to liberate cosmetic tattoo practitioners from fragmented salon apps that lack essential clinical safeguards like pigment lot logging and state-board compliance.

After years of operating a busy cosmetic tattooing and electrology clinic in Nutley, NJ, our founding team grew frustrated with juggling six incompatible applications: one for calendar booking, another for electronic waivers, Dropbox for client photos, spreadsheets for pigment batch lot records, and generic payment terminals that skimmed heavy percentages off every booking.

We engineered Artistry Pro specifically for solo practitioners and boutique aesthetic studios: providing HIPAA-conscious photo isolation, automated 6-week touch-up recall sequences, and 0% markup Stripe payment processing.

Where Is the Team Located?

Our headquarters and clinical testing suite are located at 228 Franklin Ave, Nutley, NJ 07110 in Essex County.

Every feature deployed to Artistry Pro is tested directly on real client procedures before release to our community of over 1,280 permanent cosmetics artists nationwide. You can reach our founding team by phone at (973) 542-8820 or via email at hello@pmuartistry.app.

What Clinical Standards Drive Our Software Architecture?

Our architecture conforms to public health safety guidelines, OSHA bloodborne pathogen documentation standards, and federal ESIGN digital waiver legality.

Every record saved in Artistry Pro—from client photo consent releases to needle cartridge lot codes—is cryptographically hashed with immutable timestamps, giving studio owners complete confidence during health inspections and insurance reviews.

How Does Artistry Pro Support Solo Artists Growing Their Business?

Artistry Pro removes operational drag by automating appointment confirmations, intake collection, deposit charges, and touch-up re-booking so artists can focus purely on procedural excellence.

Solo practitioners report saving an average of 4.5 administrative hours each week, translating into an extra client appointment slot or reclaimed personal time. By retaining 100% of payment gross volume without platform fees, studios increase operating margin by $2,400 to $4,800 annually.
