Artistry Pro facilitates secure paperwork and media organization. In supporting beauty practitioners, we collect allergy disclosures, patient medical history limits, clinical photography ("before" and "after" logs), and signature-verified informed consents securely for your designated practitioners.
02. Processing of Visual Assets (Treatment Gallery)
Before and after treatment photos are strictly mapped via private tokens. We never distribute visual assets to third-party databases, search indexes, or external data scrapers. Social Media publication via the Social Lab's Multi-posting Control Protocol runs entirely under your manual command and explicit patient release authorization.
Artistry Pro leverages Google Gemini API integration server-side to flag potential procedural allergies, cross-reference contraindications, and formulate tailored aftercare texts. All prompt cycles are sandboxed, transient, and excluded from generalized model training datasets.
04. Data Retention & Ownership Rights
Practitioners and end-clients hold complete ownership over their digital documents. You retain full portability rights to export clean records into portable storage at any moment, or instruct a workspace administrator to perform a total cryptographic erasure from all cloud replica channels permanently.
