01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or running the Artistry Pro software application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access and uninstall any instances of this software.
02. Scope of Software Service
Artistry Pro serves as a professional administration panel, offering client management modules, consent forms automation, SMS aftercare pipelines, scheduling systems, and generative media workflows using advanced AI. We act solely as a developer and runtime infrastructure provider; medical oversight, practitioner-client liabilities, and actual therapeutic results are strictly governed by your clinical workspace.
03. Subscription Fees & Licensing
Users are approved for seats or features on a periodic monthly renewal. Premium integrations (including automated post triggers, secure SMS carrier lines, or the TikTok Media Control Protocol Integration) are charged independently based on real active connections. Unsubscribing or disabling features automatically decouples relevant automated endpoints immediately.
04. Regulatory & HIPAA Compliance Duty
Aesthetic and healthcare practitioners must govern their deployment of Artistry Pro in accordance with regional safety laws, specifically clinical recording protocols and HIPAA standards in the USA. You are explicitly responsible for obtaining signature consents before taking, publishing, or sharing procedural images to the Social Lab or TikTok endpoints.
05. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Artistry Pro, its developers, or its licensors be held responsible for clinical accidents, database sync failures from custom cloud storage configurations, client procedural reactions, or direct/indirect damages arising from scheduling delays or payment disputes.
Updates and Amendments
We periodically update these legal frameworks to accommodate new secure multi-posting API guidelines from TikTok and Meta. Continued use of the service establishes implicit assent to newer version revisions.
